THE YUMMIE DINNER DETAILS

Casa Pacifica held the 10th Annual Yummie Top Chef Dinner on May a Rancho de las Palmas in Moorpark, CA. More than 200 guests tucked into a seven-course feast highlighting the unique talents of Ventura County’s most acclaimed chefs, all of whom are previous Yummie Culinary Competition winners at the Casa Pacifica Angels Wine, Food and Brew Festival. Each course was paired with wine from Magnavino Cellars, Brassfield Estate Winery, Justin Vineyards & Winery, and Summerland Winery sponsored by ForFriends Inn & Village. Central Coast Brewing’s Catch 23 Black Rye IPA, winner of the annual Best in Fest Beer Competition, was paired with one of the evening’s hors d’oeuvres. Guests also enjoyed a duo of delectable desserts paired with wines from Magnavino Cellars, Guilty Pleasures Petite Syrah, and coffee from The Cappuccino Express. In addition to the gourmet dining experience, the evening also included thoughtfully curated live and silent auctions and live entertainment.
