The Angels Wine, Food & Brew Festival has done it again! For the 14th consecutive year, the community’s favorite summertime celebration has been voted Best Charity Event and Best Food & Drink Festival by readers of the Ventura County Reporter.

The recognition is more than an award; it’s a reflection of a cherished tradition that brings together foodies, generous sponsors, talented vendors, and devoted volunteers in support of a life-changing cause: providing hope and healing for children, young adults and families who struggle with their mental health.

From its early days as a small local gathering to the powerhouse event it is today, the Festival has continued to evolve while keeping its heart firmly rooted in community. Bread Basket, the Festival’s longest running exhibitor, has been part of that journey from the start.

“We’ve watched this Festival grow into something truly special,” says Gilbert Delagnes, co-founder of Bread Basket. “It’s more than just great food and drink. The Festival’s continued success is fueled by the dedication of local sponsors, restaurants, breweries, and volunteers who pour their hearts into making each year better than the last. Their commitment has helped transform the event into a signature celebration for the entire county.

Each June, more than 3,000 guests gather for an afternoon of culinary excellence, premium wines, live music and purpose. With each year, the Festival continues to surprise and delight attendees, from new vendors to exclusive VIP experiences that offer a closer look at the flavors and fun of the Festival.
